Yes – BedGuard mattresses are hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant. The hospital-grade waterproof surface prevents build-up of allergens, helping children with asthma, eczema or other sensitivities sleep better.

Simply wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Thanks to the waterproof barrier, spills and accidents won't soak in – making clean-up quick and easy.

Many customers have successfully purchased BedGuard mattresses using NDIS funding. If you're self-managed or plan-managed, simply request an invoice after checkout and submit it to your provider. Our team can assist if you need support through the process.

We want you to be confident in your purchase – but please choose carefully. Due to hygiene and health standards, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.

If your mattress is faulty or not as described, we’ll gladly offer a refund, exchange or repair once proof of purchase is provided. A cancellation fee of 25% may apply for order cancellations that don't relate to damage or fault.
