BedGuard is a brand you know and trust. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is in addition to your statutory rights and outlines our commitment to you to ensure you are satisfied with your BedGuard shopping experience either in store or online.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you purchased from BedGuard, you must have clear proof of purchase – typically a receipt.

Once proof of purchase has been established, if the product fault can safely and clearly be determined by BedGuard we will offer you a refund, repair or exchange.

Unfortunately, BedGuard cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage. If the product does not match its advertised description, BedGuard will provide you with either a refund or source a new (if available) or similar product purchased.

Please choose carefully. The majority of BedGuard items (including without limitation, (sleep surface beds and furniture) cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped. Due to this reason we do not normally give refunds or offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

A cancellation fee of 25% is applicable on the total price. You may not incur a cancellation fee if the goods are delivered damaged or if BedGuard is not entitled to charge a cancellation fee under any relevant legislation. It is your responsibility to inform BedGuard if any change of address or contact details.
